Dear parents and friends,

On Saturday, October 14, the school will be held in the premises of the Abbey Center starting at 2:00 p.m.

On this occasion, the young and very successful architect Adnan Celikovic will come to visit us and during the first hour (14:00 – 15:00) he will talk to the children in the older group about the profession of an architect. This is the second episode in this series where we want to introduce different types of jobs/professions to children in the older group. In the first episode we talked about what a ‘business analyst’ does. These lectures are interactive in nature, in which the lecturers try to stimulate discussion and questions, all with the aim of informing the children about career opportunities and how they can develop their self-confidence through communication with unknown people.

These lectures are also open to children of that age who are not currently attending a Bosnian school, so you can pass on this invitation to your acquaintances and extended family clans.

As usual, during classes, parents cannot be with the students (except if they want to help the teachers in their work), so it’s a chance for all of us to say goodbye over a coffee not far from the school.  See you at the Abbey Center
